From former powder coat supervisor to plant management to engineer, our team has over 90+ years of combined experience to handle all aspects of your project. Our hands-on approach to account management means we will be actively involved in your project from start to finish.
Scott Larimore
Scott has been with Swisher for over 21 years and possesses 44 plus years of engineering and manufacturing experience. Serving a diverse group of industries including industrial compressors/blowers, healthcare equipment, aerospace, automotive and oilfield. Areas of expertise include contract manufacturing, manufacturing cost accounting, leadership and sales. Scott graduated from Central Missouri State University (now UCM) and later Rice University’s Management School of Business.
Paul Lawrence
Paul came to Swisher in 1999. He began his career on the powder coat line as a powder coat applicator and worked his way up through supervisory roles, and is now part of the Contract Manufacturing Sales Team. Paul acquired his Six Sigma Certification in 2019 to add to his personal and professional skill sets. Paul values and enjoys working with new products from our customers and is very passionate about developing a personal business relationship with them.
Matt Maupin
Matt was born and raised in rural Missouri. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2010 from UCM and has since worked in multiple engineering and design fields. Matt joined the Swisher team in 2017 as a design engineer. He has since brought his engineering skillsets to the Contract Manufacturing Sales Team. As a sales engineer & design engineer, Matt enjoys the challenges that come with assisting customers with their projects from start to finish.
