When choosing a contract manufacturer as your job shop solution, you need to understand the processes used in manufacturing your product. There are several phases your product will go through. Below, we will walk you through our most common approach from start to finish.

Engineering Excellence

Every product starts with our Engineering Team. Our Design Engineers use the latest CAD technology and design techniques to meticulously analyze each part. If necessary, they redesign the product to ensure it is both cost-effective and of the highest quality.

Precision Fabrication

Once engineering is complete, the product moves to our Fabrication Department. This diverse area handles all cutting and forming work. We utilize various tools, including Mazak lasers, CNC Turret Punches, Hem Saw, Sheet Metal Shear, and plasma cutter for specialty materials like expanded metals. For bending or forming, we use our multiple Press Brakes, and for specialty forming such as louvers, extrusions, or ribs, we process parts through our CNC Turret Punch.

Expert Welding

After fabrication, parts are transferred to our Welding Department. Our team of skilled welders employs various techniques, including MIG, MIG Pulse, Spot, and robotic welding. We also design and build custom fixtures for complex welded assemblies.

Finishing Touches

The final step in fabrication is our Finishing Department. Components undergo finishing preparations, including grinding and cleaning weldments of imperfections. Areas that require no paint, such as threads, are masked to stay paint-free during the powder coating process. When needed, multiple parts are assembled before finishing.

We use an overhead conveyor Powder Coating System. A three-stage wash ensures parts are properly cleaned and treated before powder application. Our reclaim spray booth system keeps costs down. After powder application, parts go to curing ovens, followed by quality inspections to ensure a superior finish.

Value-Added Services

We also offer additional services such as assembly, packaging, warehousing, and distribution.
